C4 Plans, teamed with Computer Sciences Corporation is one of 14 teams selected to service DISA Tasks under the Encore II contract. Encore II contractors will provide network-centric related services, as well as incidental hardware and software, in such areas as command and control, intelligence and mission support, according to DISA documents. The range of services include enterprise information technology policy and planning, integrated solutions management, performance benchmarking, business process re-engineering and Web services.
