C4 Plans, as a teammate to CSC has been awarded a contract to fulfill the Department of Defense Dependents Schools-Pacific (DoDDS-Pacific), requirement for Information Technology Support Services in Guam, Korea, mainland Japan, and Okinawa, Japan. The team will support the DoDDS-Pacific Education Division movement towards full implementation of the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Community Strategic Plan, which manages program development that includes improving and enhancing existing programs as well as designing and implementing new programs. In both cases, attention is given to the specification of learning outcomes designed to result in high student achievement.
