On 17 September, construction was completed on the C4 Plans’ 5000 square foot integration facility. This new facility doubles the current integration capability and supports our continued growth within the Government Information Technology market.

Also on this day, Gary Youtsey of C4 Plans presented David Morrison of EcolOTech Service, Inc with the C4 Plans Quality Award for outstanding service during all phases of development. EcolOTech Service, Inc also played a vital role during the development of the current C4 Plans’ Corporate Office, which has proven to be instrumental in supporting C4 Plans ISO 9001 Quality Management efforts.
