1. Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Analyst

Job Description:

Acts as an advisor to the team lead in areas of IM/IT analysis execution. Provides metric reporting and analysis of the impact of those metrics. Performs routine governance and policy analysis of Navy IT systems.

Requirements::

Basic Qualifications: Up to three years of progressive experience in participating in IT projects. Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction for specific sub-tasks of a project. Specific expertise in one or more of the service areas and knowledgeable in at least one other. Interfaces with the client on a day-to-day basis. Supports the completion of project specific tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints.

2. Job Title: Network Engineer

Job Description:

  • Conduct data analysis and security review of solutions to migrate applications and systems to Navy enterprise enclaves, or to decommission Navy legacy networks.
  • Determine a proposed solution for Navy legacy applications. Determine appropriate end state architecture (elimination, enterprise migration, consolidation, RDT&E)
  • Inform and advise site representatives, Central Design Authorities and Program Managers on the process by which legacy systems are transitioned to Navy enterprise enclaves.
  • Recommend a technical solution for enterprise review to facilitate enterprise wide solutions.
  • Ensure disposition of systems/applications/networks is properly documented.
  • Ensure the end-state posture of enterprise networks is not significantly diminished due to the introduction of legacy applications/legacy systems.
  • Provide quality-engineering consulting for the development of technical processes, procedures, and solutions to problems preventing the successful transition of legacy systems to enterprise enclaves.
  • Provide management, planning, and engineering services in support of the reduction of legacy networks.

Requirements:

Basic Experience: Three (3) years of experience in all aspects of computer networks. General experience includes all aspects of networks planning, installation, monitoring, and support. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

3. Job Title: Database Administrator

Job Description:

Manages the development/implementation of database projects. Prepares and delivers presentations on database management systems concepts. Application development/enhancement based on Object Oriented Programming, Oracle, MS Access, OLE, Visual Basic, Developer/2000, Report generating software.

Requirements:

Basic Experience: Three (3) years experience in database design, database management, and client/server applications. General experience in development and maintenance of database systems.

1. Job Title:Computer Programmer

Job Description:

  • Candidates must be in a Computer Programming or related field of study and be able to pass a background investigation.
  • Candidates should have experience/working knowledge of:

    1. Designing, developing and testing of Visual Basic 6.0 (VB 6) and VB.Net code
    2. Adhering to existing development processes.
    3. Working on independent assignments as well as team based projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience with VB 6 (1 year or more)
  • Working knowledge in database driven client applications
  • Experience utilizing .NET technologies (primarily VB.Net)
  • Experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and execution of SQL queries
  • Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal.

Each Developer is responsible for code development sequences that will render various end-user products for our customers. Computer software development, game development, database development experience is a plus for consideration for this assignment.

2. Job Title:Simulation Developer

Job Description:

Candidates must be familiar with programming methods directly relating to Simulation Development.  Candidates should have experience in and a working knowledge of:

  • Designing, developing and testing Simulation Applications.
  • Experience developing Distance Learning Courses.
  • Ability to follow an existing development process
  • Ability to work on independent assignments
  • Ability to work as a small team member

Requirements:

  • Experience with 3Ds Max Discreet 6 or newer.
  • Experience developing Distance Learning Courses.
  • Experience developing Computer Based Training Courses.
  • Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal.

Each Developer is responsible for code development sequences that will render various end-user products for our customers. Computer software development, game development, database development experience is a plus for consideration for this assignment.
